Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2012

Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2012, the 58th annual contest, was held at the Centro de Bellas Artes de Santurce, on 7 November 2011 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. 36 contestants representing each department of Puerto Rico were vying for the title. The winner will represent Puerto Rico in the Miss Universe 2012 pageant.


Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2012:

Miss Rio Grande, Bodine Koehler Peña, 19, 6'0", Hometown: San Juan

Bodine also won 3 side awards: Best Figure Award, Best Catwalk Award and JcPenney Style Award. She is one of the most well-known Teen Models in Puerto Rico. She is currently a student of Musical Composition for Cinema in the prestigious Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico.

Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2011

The 56th Annual Miss Puerto Rico Universe pageant was held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on 4 November 2010. 40 official delegates are competing this year.

Representing the municipality of Corozal, 24-year-old Viviana Ortíz Pastrana won the national title of Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2011. Viviana stands 5'9" from the hometown of Corozal, she will represent her country in the Miss Universe Pageant 2011. She also won a side award, Miss Miss Payless Catwalk.
