Shamcey Supsup was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-Universe at the Binibining Pilipinas 2011 pageant on 10 April, at the Araneta Coliseum.Shamcey, who was Binibini No. 26, bested 39 other contestants who competed in this year's pageant.She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines College of Architecture. She also topped the Architecture board exam in July 2010.Shamcey will represent the Philippines in the Miss Universe pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011.Aside from winning Bb.
